Robin married the love of her life, Larry Frost in 1977. Together they owned and showed horses for several years in Hermon, and at many other horse shows throughout Maine. Today they own
and operate Apple Hill Stables, LLC and continue to own their own horses and attend horse shows with their grandchildren, family and friends. Robin ensures opportunities for riders to learn to ride and train in both English and Western riding persuasions.
Since the early 1950's our farm site in Levant, Maine has participated in
the raising of horses, beef cattle, and growing feed crops such as hay, corn and silage. We continue to operate a portion of the farm towards hay production to feed our horse and beef cattle.
At Apple Hill Stables, LLC you will experience for yourself the relationship shared between humans and horse.
Fall of 2019 we hosted the "Northern Light Champion the Cure Challenge Charity IPRA Rodeo" at our stables in Hermon. With this rodeo being such a huge success we we’re excited to make this
an annual event at Apple Hill Stables… offering family fun entertainment while helping those in need. The fall of 2020 we hosted an All American Rodeo in a time of much need for
entertainment outdoors. Even though Covid was amongst us we were able to donate $10,000 to the Anah Shriners. Our 2021 rodeo was an AHS Rodeo and we we’re excited to have Amberley Snyder
attend and share her story. Like Amerley says "The next time you have that moment of fear, doubt or uncertainty, dig a little deeper. Turn that page to see what is next. Always find the
light in the darkness". With our donation of $45,000 to the Anah Shriners from the rodeo we are hoping to shine those in need with some light.
